1. About Tell Research Group

Tell Research Group works with organizations to modernize technology, automate operations, and build and deploy new technology and AI-powered products.

If you or your organization enters into a separate agreement with TRG for consulting, engineering, software, technology, or other services, that agreement will govern those services and will control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST FORWARD HUMANITY LLC, TRG, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRG FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fast Forward Humanity LLC, TRG, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:

Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRG concerning your use of the Services.

These Terms do not supersede any separate written agreement between TRG and you or your organization concerning services provided by TRG.
